-Chris Benoit gets a WCW World Heavyweight Title shot against Macho Man Randy Savage. I’d be willing to bet that this was Benoit’s only WCW Title shot up until he won the belt for a day. Let’s see if I’m right as we go through.
-Horsemen attack on Savage
-Woman turns heel and chokes Savage. Yep, knew that was coming.
-Hogan comes in to make the save.
-Man, nobody will ever accuse Hogan of hurting someone with a chair shot.
-Flair and Woman retreat.
-Okerlund interviews Hogan…
-Flair attacks Hogan
-Giant comes to hit Hogan with a chair, but Zodiac stops him
-Then Savage clears the ring. What?
-Anderson & Pillman to face off now against Sullivan and Morrus.
-A “respect match” signed for Superbrawl between Pillman and Sullivan. I THINK I’ve heard about this…
-Anderson and Sullivan brawl backstage and some mysterious person whacks Anderson with a broomstick.
-Marcus Bagwell vs. Ric Flair…during Flair’s entrance, Orndorff comes to the commentary table, and says “Funny thing about paybacks, you never know when they’re gonna happen.”
-Flair wins via submission, and Savage chases him off.
-Luger and Sting putting the tag titles up against the Road Warriors.
-Power outage at the building during the match.
-Luger gets the victory over Animal after Jimmy Hart hands him a big metal plate to clock Animal with. Sting is pissed.
